Banc De Binary offers easy and secure facilities to perform fast online withdrawals. We support multiple currencies and a wide range of withdrawal methods such as Bank transfers, Credit/Debit cards, and MoneyBookers.
How can I withdraw funds from my account? Is it easy?
Simply log on to your account, click on the My Account tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then click on Withdrawal Requests on the drop-down menu. You may then choose your preferred withdrawal method. If you need any assistance, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support team by email, phone or live chat. One of our professional representatives will assist you in the first stages of withdrawing funds from your account.
How long does it take to withdraw money from my account?
Withdrawals are usually processed by Banc De Binary within one working day. When withdrawing by Moneybookers your funds should reach you within the same day. When withdrawing by credit/debit card or bank wire, the processing banks will usually transfer your funds to you within 6 business (working) days.
*Note: Delays beyond our control might occur due to third party withdrawal payment methods.
Credit/Debit Card
Withdrawals made by Credit/Debit Card are usually processed within 2 working days and take 3 - 7 working days to arrive back to the card or bank.
Bank Wire
Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer are usually processed within 2 working days and usually take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account.
Moneybookers
Withdrawals made by Moneybookers are usually processed within 2 working days and usually reach your account within 60 minutes.
What documents are required for first time withdrawals?
First time withdrawal requests must be accompanied by:
1. A clear copy of Passport / Photo ID / Driver’s license
2. A clear copy of a recent utility bill
3. If you’ve deposited using a Credit Card — please additionally send us a clear copy of both sides of the Credit Card used to fund the trading account (by doing so you are providing us with proof of ownership of the credit card)
* Alternatively, any other official document carrying the full name and address of the trading account owner can be used (e.g. a Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Municipal Tax Receipt etc.)

Are there any withdrawal fees?
Yes, some withdrawal requests are subjected to withdrawal processing fees.
Why were my two withdrawal requests combined?
We reserve the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment.
We also reserve the rights to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account.
In order to withdraw some or all of the funds from your account please read below.
Please follow these simple steps:
1. Enter My Account once logged into your account and click on the “WITHDRAWAL” tab located on the left side bar of the screen.
2. Enter the amount to withdraw in the base currency of choice.
3. Complete the electronic withdrawal form as required.
4. Click “Submit”
You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request has been completed.
Once completed, please allow up to 5 business days to see the refund or return to your credit card.
*Some credit cards may take longer to reflect the withdrawal.
Notes: If you later on wish to review your withdrawal request, please go to My Account, and click on “HISTORY“.
As long as your withdrawal request is in “Pending” status, you can always cancel it via My Account, by clicking on “HISTORY” and then clicking the Cancel” button on the request you wish to cancel.
