1. Maintain sufficient liquid capital in excess of the amount required to cover all client deposits, potential fluctuations in the firm’s currency positions and   outstanding expenses.

2. Does not include any debt outstanding to the firm as part of this capital.

3. Subject itself to all relevant laws, rules and regulations as well as stringent Reporting requirements set forth by these agencies.

4. Submit financial information to regulatory bodies on a weekly and monthly basis.
