To place a trade or an order over the phone: The following outlines our process.
1. Introduction
Note to Trader: When calling the trading desk, the trader should specify at the outset the type of account with which they are trading.
2. Have your Account Number ready
Trading Desk: "May I have your account number, please?"
Trader: "My account number is 55555."3. Login Details: Step 1
Trading Desk: "May I have your login ID, please?"
Trader: "My login ID is 55555."4. Login Details: Step 2
Trading Desk: "May I have the password used on the account, please?"
Trader: "My password is 555555aaa."5. Account Holder Verification
Trading Desk: "May I have the name on the account, please?"
Note: The Trading Desk Agent asks this question in order to verify that the caller is indeed the account holder.
6. Placing A Trade
Trader: "I would like to go long on USD/JPY."
Trading Desk: "USD/JPY is trading at 555.555, What is the expiration time you wish to trade?"7. Trade Placement Confirmation
Trading Desk: "You have bought a Call option on the USD/JPY at the rate of 555.555 which will expire at 5:00 GMT"
Note: With the No Dealing Desk platform, our staff acts as an agent to place the trade on your behalf and not as a dealer quoting a price. Therefore, after you express the order request, our staff will inform you as to the status of the order and confirm the price of the order.
