  • What is an Underlying Asset?
    A commodity, index, stock, currency pair or any other financial asset that constitutes the basis for creating an option. To view all available assets click here.
  • What is a Call Option?
    An option that provides the holder with a profit when the underlying asset increases in price compared with the level it was purchased at. In the event that the option expires exactly at the same price, the full original investment amount will be returned to the investor. To begin opening options click here to go to our trading area.
  • What is a Put Option?
    An option that provides the holder with a profit when the underlying asset depreciates relative to the purchase level.   • What is the investment amount?
    The amount of money invested in an option. Once you have deposited funds into your Banc De Binary trading account you may begin using these funds to open options. Every option you open is a unique investment. You can invest a different amount for each individual option. For deposit methods for funding your account, click here.
  • How do I invest?
    To invest, you must choose between "call" or "put" options for a given underlying asset. Clicking on the call/put button will open an investment sheet in the same box, where you will be requested to enter the amount of the investment and to approve the execution. The selection may be canceled by clicking on "X" at any time before approval of the transaction. Please note that the level keeps updating in the investment.   • What return will I get for a successful investment?
    A successful investment will result in a guaranteed return indicated on the site for the underlying asset that you selected. In the event that the option expires out-of-the-money, you will get a 15% refund of your investment amount. For more information regarding opening options and placing trades, click here.
  • What is the maximum investment amount?
    The maximum investment amount for a single option is 3,000 USD (or the equivalent in one of the other available currencies). However, multiple options may be purchased, one following the other, at a higher and basically unlimited accumulated amount. If you wish to purchase options for greater amounts, you will have to purchase an option at the maximum amount of 3,000 USD, and then purchase an additional option, and so on.   • What are the levels displayed in the trading boxes?
    Level - the quoted price for an option of an underlying asset. The level changes and is updated frequently according to different parameters that Banc De Binary™ proprietary algorithms take into account. The levels we present in the trading boxes in our home page are those at which Banc De Binary™ is willing to sell options, and are not the real time market levels.   • What is the expiry level?
    The expiry level is the level of the underlying asset at the time of expiry of the asset according to Reuters. This is the determining level if the option has expired in-the-money or out-of-the-money. A different expiry level is determined for each underlying asset.   • What is the expiry time?

  • What is the time zone of the expiry time?
    The site's trading hours and expires time are shown according to your PC's time zone. All trading hours are set according to the GMT time clock.   • Are the profits taxable?

  • Why can't I invest?
    All our assets are available during market trading hours. Outside market trading hours, the asset will be displayed in Banc De Binary™ but will be marked as disabled. On rare occasions, investments are not available for certain assets owing to technical reasons. Usually these problems are quickly resolved, and you may try again shortly.   • Where can I view the precise trading hours of each asset?

  • What are my deposit options?
    A deposit may be made with Visa, MasterCard and Diners cards, several debit cards or by a bank transfer. For full details please see our Banking page or for our current deposit methods, click here.
  • Which currencies can I use in My Account?

  • Is there a minimal withdrawal amount?
    No. There is no minimal withdrawal amount. However, Banc De Binary™ provides you with one withdrawal per month that is exempt from commission fees. Beyond that, every additional withdrawal will be charged a fee of 30 USD/25 EUR/20 GBP. Prior to carrying out your withdrawal request you will be asked to send us identifying papers.   • How can I withdraw my profits?

  • Must I make a deposit in order to register?
    No deposit is required and no credit/debit card details are required in order to register for the site.
  • What does Reverse Withdrawal mean?
    Even if your withdrawal request is being processed, you will still be able to discontinue the withdrawal and return the money to your account in Banc De Binary™. The reverse withdrawal option is especially useful when you do not have sufficient funds in your account, but you wish to undertake other activities. When you discontinue the withdrawal of funds from your account, they will be available immediately in the account. In order to discontinue the withdrawal, login to your account in Banc De Binary™ and click on My Account > Reverse Withdrawal button. A screen will open automatically, showing all your withdrawal requests that are still being processed. Select the withdrawal request to be reversed and click on "Submit".   • Why can't I request a wire withdrawal?
    Banc De Binary™ makes every effort to enable all withdrawal methods. However, Banc De Binary™ reserves the right to execute withdrawals by other means, such as credit/debit cards. For details on wire transfers, click here.
  • What is a Swift Code?
    A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what its SWIFT code is.   • How can I cancel withdrawals?
    In order to cancel a withdrawal please login to your Banc De Binary™ account. Go to My Account > Reverse withdrawal and follow the instructions. For more information regarding withdrawals, click here.
  • What should I do if I have forgotten or misplaced my password?
    If you have forgotten your password, press "Forgot password?", on the Homepage by the login button, fill in the form that opens, and press "Send". Your password will be sent to the email indicated in the form as long as it matches the original address that was provided when you registered.     All your deposits. withdrawals and investments history can be viewed in the My Account section. Just login to your account and select the information you wish to view.
  • Why can't I see an asset?
    The assets displayed by default in the home page are 4 popular and active options. If a certain asset in not displayed in the home page, then you can find it in the drop-down menus.   • How can I update my personal details?

  • How do I change my language?
    Unfortunately, English is the only language available at the moment.
  • Is my credit/debit card information secure?
    Your credit card information is secured by our transaction vendor's encryption technology to ensure that your data is not compromised. So, right from the start, your credit card transactions are protected by the strongest encryption protocol in the industry.   • Will I receive a receipt of my transaction?
    Within minutes of making a deposit, an email containing a transaction number will be sent to the email address submitted on the online deposit form.
  • What are reasons a credit/debit transaction could be declined?


    Address differentiation - Address on credit/debit card statement does not match the address submitted on the transaction.


    Credit/debit card limit - A credit/debit card bank has the ability to red flag large transaction amounts to prevent fraudulent charges.


    Wrong security code - Issuer's security card code does not match the card code submitted on the transaction.


    Transaction flagged a cash transaction - Banc De Binary has all credit/debit card merchants set up under a code number for purchases. You may inform your card provider of the code number. Just request you account manager to provide you with one.
