Is it safe?
It is completely safe. Banc de Binary uses EV SSL with 256 BIT Encryption for the most safe and secure browsing possible. EV SLL is used by large companies such as Bank of America and PayPal. In addition all of your funds are insured up to $250,000 by Banc De Binary.


How long until my funds are recieved?
Depending on your method of payment, your funds can be processed instantly.


How do I deposit funds into my trading account?
Depositing funds into your trading account is fast and secure. There are various methods with which you can fund your account, simply choose whichever method you prefer:

All methods except for wire transfers are instant and will appear on your trading account balance within minutes of your transaction.
Wire transfers 2-3 business days.


How will the charges appear on my Credit Card statement?
Your Credit Card charges will be posted on your Credit Card statement under *Banc De Binary.
If your Credit Card deposit was made via Moneybookers, it will appear on your Credit Card statement under *Moneybookers.

Disadvantages: Documents required to withdraw funds; Takes up to 10 business days to receive withdrawals; Fees associated with withdrawals on part of the credit card company.


How do I deposit using a Credit Card on Moneybookers?
To deposit using MoneyBookers, please click the “MoneyBookers” option, and fill in the deposit form. Make sure to choose your payment type. You do not need an account with MoneyBookers to deposit via the third party credit card solution and your financial information is never shared with Banc De Binary. Within minutes your account should be credited with funds.

Advantages: Simple, Secure, and Relatively Quick (Funds deposited in the trading account within 10 minutes or less); Instant Withdrawal Of Funds (2 Days); No Documents Required For Withdrawal; If depositing less than $1,400 USD - no need to open an account; MoneyBookers VIP Program; Personal MoneyBookers account manager; Financial Information never shared with Banc De Binary.

Disadvantages: If depositing more than $1,400 USD there is a requirement to open and verify your MoneyBookers account (Can take up to 48 hours).


How do I deposit via my MoneyBooker's Account?
To deposit using Moneybookers, click the “Moneybookers” option, enter the amount you wish to deposit.

You will be redirected to the Moneybookers website where you will be asked to enter your password in order to log in. You can then choose to either use your Moneybookers account balance or a credit card. Review the transaction and once you've made sure that all the details are correct, and click on “Pay”. Within minutes your trading account should be credited with funds. If for any reason your request is not approved you will be notified imminently.

Advantages: Simple, Secure, and Relatively Quick (Funds deposited in the trading account within 10 minutes or less); Instant Withdrawal Of Funds (1 Day); No Documents Required For Withdrawal; If depositing less than $1,400 USD - no need to open an account; MoneyBookers VIP Program; Personal MoneyBookers account manager; Financial Information never shared with Banc De Binary.

How do I deposit via Wire Transfer?
Please contact us by calling us at 1-800-656-6163 for information concerning wire transfers.

Advantages: When credit card deposits are not an option - this method suits best; Large deposits can be made relativaly quick (Over $50,000 USD).

Disadvantages: Can take up to 5 days to see funds in the trading account; Requires sending a bank slip of transfer to Banc De Binary; Bank Fees can occur.


How can I withdraw funds from my account? Is it easy?
Simply log on to your account, click on the My Account tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then click on Withdrawal Requests on the drop-down menu.  You may then choose your preferred withdrawal method. One of our professional representatives will assist you in the first stages of withdrawing funds from your account.


How long does it take to withdraw money from my account?
Withdrawals are usually processed by Banc De Binary within 2 working days. When withdrawing by Moneybookers/AltertPay your funds should reach you within the same day. When withdrawing by credit/debit card or bank wire, the processing banks will usually transfer your funds to you within 5-7 Business days. *Note: Delays beyond our control might occur due to third party withdrawal payment methods.


What documents are required for first time withdrawals?
First time withdrawal requests must be accompanied by:
1. A clear copy of Passport / Photo ID / Driver’s license
2. A clear copy of a recent utility bill
3. If you’ve deposited using a Credit Card — please additionally send us a clear copy of both sides of the Credit Card used to fund the trading account (by doing so you are providing us with proof of ownership of the credit card)

* Alternatively, any other official document carrying the full name and address of the trading account owner can be used (e.g. a Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Municipal Tax Receipt etc.)


Are there any withdrawal fees?
Banc de Binary does not charge any withdrawal fees, however your financial institution may. Please check with your financial institution for more information about withdrawal fees.


Why were my two withdrawal requests combined?

We reserve the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment. We also reserve the rights to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account.
