What actions can I perform online?
Bbinary.com allows you to trade options, review your account history, your past trades, send client service requests, make deposits and withdrawals - all are just a few clicks away. -
What do I need to access the platform?
All that is needed is a personal computer with access to the internet.

How can I view my account?
You first must log into your Banc De Binary account. Once you have logged in, click My Account and here you can view all of your account details.

How do I manage my account?
In the My Account page you will be able to edit personal details and credit card information. To manage your account, log into Bbinary.com and go to My Account.

Can I change my account information?
Yes, log into your account and here you will be able to change all of your banking and personal details. Click on My Account and in the menu you find the Personal Details page, here you will be able to make all edits to your account.

Can I open multiple accounts?
No. Banc De Binary does not allow more than one account per name and credit card.

Can I add credit cards to my account?
Yes, you can add or replace credit cards to your account in order to deposit and withdrawal funds in your account.

Can I view my trading history?
Yes, once you have logged into your account you will be able to see your trading history by clicking on History in My Account. Also you will be able to view all transaction history and past trades by clicking on My Portfolio.

How often are transactions updated in my account?
Transactions are updated as trades are made. Once you have made a trade you will be able to view them in History and My Portfolio. Here you will be able to view past and current trades and their outcomes.

Do I recieve a confirmation for each transaction?
Every time a trade has been placed you will see a message on screen confirming your trade has been placed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your trade.

What is the minimum opening balance?
In order to have an account with Banc De Binary you must deposit a minimum of $100 USD. To see all depositing methods please click here.

How do I deposit funds into my account?
Once you have logged into your account you will be able to make a deposit by going into My Account and clicking deposit. Here you will see the available deposit methods. Choose a deposit method that works best for you and follow the steps. Credit Card transactions are reflected in the account usually within seconds of confirmation. How do I make withdrawals?
Log into your account and click on My Account, in the menu you will see Withdrawal Request. Here you will find two options for withdrawals. Wire Transfer and Credit Card. For Wire Transfer, there is a minimum withdrawal of $100 or €100. All Withdrawal Requests are processed by our account managers. You will receive an email confirming the request and to proceed with the transaction. For more information regarding withdrawals please click here.

Is there a maximum deposit?
No. There is no maximum deposit. Although when using MoneyBookers you may deposit $1,000 USD at a time per transaction.

Is there a minimum re-deposit?
Yes, the minimum re-deposit for Bbinary.com accounts is $50 or currency equivalent.

Is there a maximum I can withdraw from my account?
No. You may withdraw all of your funds at any time to either your credit card or bank account.

Is there a service fee for withdrawals?
No. Banc De Binary will never charge you a service fee for any financial transactions.
